Charlie Shipwrecked

An accident this morning whilst launching the fishing boats ended up with the Polpry - with just Charlie the Collie on board - being washed out of the harbour by a big swell, past the lifeboat slip and onto the rocky foreshore.
Quick action by the fishermen secured the boat and recovered Charlie.
As the tide ebbed, the boat was recovered over the rocks using the harbour tractor and returned to the harbour slip. Very fortunately the boat only suffered a few scratches - and after a couple of sandwiches Charlie was back in good voice, non the worse from having been shipwrecked !

Thank goodness Charlie is ok! Some may say he's a bit of a rogue but 
we all love him, especially our collie, Molly. Well done to all those 
involved in the rescue.
